Timeframe:

Our delivery (via email) of all our translations is punctual, and we are well equipped to deal with the common combination of short deadlines and demanding texts. Naturally, however, the more time allotted for a given project, the happier we are, and in some cases we can offer a reduced price in return for ample time. In the case of very urgent translations, we charge an additional fee.


Customers from Europe:

Quite often, European customers will benefit from the time difference as we have another six working hours to our day and may not have to charge an additional fee for an urgent project. We ask that you bear the time difference (Central European Time minus 6 hours) in mind when contacting us and planning projects: please remember that afternoon for you is morning for us! In cases where a project must be completed by morning in Europe, we make sure to send our translations the preceding evening.
